2 bunches pumpkin leaves
2-3 tablespoons Groundnut Flour
Salt (To taste)
1½ cups of Water
The Process
Step-by-Step- Wash pumpkin leaves thoroughly and remove tough stems.
- Lightly pound or finely shred the leaves.
- Place leaves in a pot with water and salt. Cook over medium heat until tender
- Mix groundnut flour with water to form a paste
- Add paste to the pot, stir gently, and simmer
