2-3 tablespoons Groundnut Flour
Salt (To taste)
1½ cups of Water

  • Wash pumpkin leaves thoroughly and remove tough stems.
  • Lightly pound or finely shred the leaves.
  • Place leaves in a pot with water and salt. Cook over medium heat until tender
  • Mix groundnut flour with water to form a paste
